Health Fair Mission: To improve the health, fitness, and wellness of people in our communities with an emphasis on preventing heart disease in women (and men).

Mr. Floyd Ovens - Fifth Degree Black Belt
Mr. Ovens is a Master of Traditional Japanese Shotokan Karati with 46 years experience. He has worked as a personal bodyguard to prominant dignitaries such as Jacqueline Kennedy Onassis. He has taught martial arts in the school system in New York State and has worked through the United Fund to teach underpriviledged children martial arts. He has owned his own school teaching safety to women and children throughout his career. He has also taught martial arts and safety classes in many churches and enjoys now working through the Wellness Foundation in that capacity.
